ACOG 2026-1	The RFP provides interested OFFERORs with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit written proposals for consideration by the Appalachian Council of Governments (ACOG) to develop a corridor study for US-123/US-76 between the SC-93 Intersection to the east and to the point west of the City of Westminster where US-123 and US-76 diverge to separate routes. This project will be funded through the Appalachian Council of Governments federal Guideshare funds. The study will provide a framework of strategies and implementation actions intended improve traffic operations, efficiency and safety on the US-123/US-76 corridor.
