SCDHEC Is Asking You To Take A Survey

SCDHEC Is Asking You To Take A Survey - 1.26.21

We appreciate your continued leadership and support throughout our state’s unprecedented response to COVID-19. DHEC is asking for your help getting the word out about a short eight-question survey that asks how South Carolinians feel about the COVID-19 vaccine. This survey is voluntary and will help us to better gauge current vaccine interest levels across the state and determine how to shape our outreach efforts. We will not be asking for participant’s names. The first three questions are about the vaccine. The last five questions will ask about the participant’s county, age, race, gender, and occupation, which they can choose not to answer. We would appreciate any help you care to offer by spreading the word about our survey. The survey will remain open from 01/26/2021 to midnight on 02/08/2021. Results of the survey will be posted on our website at scdhec.gov/COVID-19. We appreciate your support in sharing this survey with your contacts. read more
