The ACOG seeks a Homecare Coordinator to coordinate quality homecare and personal care services between older adult clients and homecare/personal care providers in the six-county South Carolina Appalachian Region. The coordinator will monitor service providers, make referrals for services indicated on the client’s Plan of Service, and perform administrative duties related to the job. This position will maintain proper documents, work with budgets, invoicing, and data entry. Qualified applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
