2008 Greenville County Multi-Family Housing Survey now available!

2009-2010 Anderson County Multi-Family Housing Survey schedulted for release in late Fall, 2009

Our Multi-Family Housing Surveys provide an inventory and analysis for all known conventional, and "income-dependent" apartment properties with forty or more units, and all known townhouse and condominium properties with fifteen or more units located within the subject county. Properties are classified by type and are located on maps depicting Housing Market Areas. Pertinent data are presented for each property type. An analysis of occupancy information is presented by market area for rental units, while an analysis of initial sale rates by market area is provided for townhouse and condominium units. The report also addresses multi-family units under construction and planned. Surveys are available for Greenville, Spartanburg, and Anderson Counties.
