Donna Kazia, Training Coordinator - Principal contact for human resource issues and training. Conducts a range of employee training and meeting facilitation. As a human resource consultant provides a number of personnel services and products.

Dirk Reis, Grants Services Director - All economic development-related grants and loans; community development block grants; other federal and state grants.

Barbara Jardno, Person-Centered Hospital Discharge Grant Manager - Exploring how the the Person-Centered approach in hospital discharge planning effects readmission.

Glenda Manigault, Nutrition Program Monitor - Congregate and home-delivered meal orders; meal site monitoring; word processing for the COG, including Viewpoint; aging client information system.

Nancy Hawkins, Regional Long Term Care Ombudsman - Administers the regional long term care ombudsman program.

Sandy Dunagan, Long Term Care Ombudsman - Responsible for the long term care ombudsman program.

Jamie Guay, Long Term Care Ombudsman - Responsible for the long term care ombudsman program.

Rhonda Monroe, Long Term Care Ombudsman - Responsible for the long term care ombudsman program.

Kim Bridges, Assistant Long Term Care Ombudsman - Assists in operation of the long term care ombudsman program; ombudsman case tracking system.

Jessica Winters, Volunteer Ombudsman Program Coordinator- Recruit, screen, train and monitor volunteers and their facility placement; work with resident and family councils; become certified ombudsman and investigate cases.

Shirley Hayes SHIP (State Health Insurance Program) Counselor - Provide information and assistance related to Medicare and prescription assistance, educate consumers regarding Medicare Fraud.

Marques Wideman, Benefits Counselor - Provide information and assistance to individuals regarding available benefits or programs.

Nita Colman , WorkLink Program Director - Administers the Workforce Investment Act program; staff the Pendleton District Workforce Development Board and the Youth Council; oversight of SDA one-stop career center program

Beth Lewis, Economic Information Analyst - Maintains FactFinder and Industrial Properties database; research and compile publications; InfoMentum database development; research and support for Data Services.

Cricket Jenkins, Economic Information Researcher - Research and fulfill Data Services requests; research and production for publications; administrative support for InfoMentum; design, programming and maintenance of ACOG's web sites and department databases.



PLANNING SERVICES STAFF

Chip Bentley, Planning Services Director - Coordinates regional planning activities in the areas of economic development, transportation, natural resource management, and land use. Principal contact for general planning assistance requests.

Aliza Tourkow, Regional Environmental Planner - Administers the Appalachian Regional Water Quality Plan. Principal contact for air quality, storm water, and general environmental issues. Other responsibilities include providing technical assistance on community planning projects.

Jennifer Vissage, Community & Regional Planner - Coordinates activities for the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy initiative. Other responsibilities include providing technical assistance on economic development and community planning projects.

Phillip Lemmon, Regional Transportation Planner - Designs and coordinates the rural long range transportation plan for the Appalachian region. Other responsibilities include providing assistance for transportation planning and development.
